STANDING STRONG

Your first 100 days shape your impact, credibility and positioning— internally and externally. Chose Standing Strong if you are stepping into a new leadership role and want to start with inner clarity, focus and build lasting trust from day one.

Over 8-10 coaching sessions (60-90 minutes each), I support you through your first three to four months and offering dedicated space for reflection and sparring.

    By the end of the coaching process, you will feel confidence in your role and have a
    clear course for the next 6-12 months, including strategies for the challenges you
    now understand.
